Agreement to Terms

You may share links to published essays but may not reproduce, republish, or distribute the essays themselves without permission from the author.

Your Content

If you submit content to us (essays, biographical information, photos), you retain ownership of your work. By submitting, you grant us the rights outlined in our submission guidelines and, for accepted contributors, in the Contributor Agreement.

Essay Submissions

By submitting an essay to Wingmarks, you represent and warrant that:

• The work is your original creation
• You have the right to submit the work and grant us the requested rights
• The work does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• The work does not contain defamatory, libelous, or unlawful content
• You have obtained any necessary permissions for quoted material or identifiable individuals

Submission does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to accept or decline any submission at our sole discretion.

Email Communications

By subscribing to our email list, you consent to receive periodic emails about Wingmarks, including edition announcements, updates, and occasional promotional content. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as author social media profiles or external resources). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites. Visiting external links is at your own risk.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
